Because of an error on the part of the graphic artist, the map of the world was printed without Switzerland. The country was swallowed up in the mauve of France, the blue of Germany, the Italian yellow and the Austrian orange. Each of these colors ran a little. The graphic artist failed to notice the mistake, and the map was printed and distributed…

Dror Burstein

b. 1970

Dror Burstein was born in Netanya. He is a lawyer who also earned a doctorate in Hebrew literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; he teaches there and at Tel Aviv University. Burstein was awarded the Jerusalem Prize for Literature (1997), the Ministry of Science and Culture Prize for Poetry (2002), the Bernstein Prize for his novel (2005), and the Prime Minister’s Prize (2006). He lives in Tel Aviv.
