Ronny Someck
A poet, creative-writing teacher, and community activist, Ronny Someck was born in Baghdad and immigrated to Israel as a young child. His first book of poetry, Golah (Exile), was published in 1976. Someck has collaborated with many artists, including the American jazz musician Elliott Sharp.
