Neil W. Levin

b. 1946

Born in the Chicago area, Neil W. Levin is a professor of Jewish music and music history, serving on the faculty at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. Known for his work as a choral conductor and composer, Levin also has served as the artistic director of the Milken Archive since 1993, and was granted the Deems Taylor Award in 2004.
