Home Again
1914
Cover of sheet music for “Do Not Say Goodbye” from the Marx Brothers’ musical comedy Home Again. The comedy was set in the style of vaudeville, with a series of musical and comedic numbers based around a topic, rather than a plot and characters. The show ran from 1914 to 1915 and helped launch the brothers' successful career into Broadway and then into the film industry.
