. . . to the threshold of Khusrau, to Bar[-Ida son of] Izdān-dukh . . . and to Bar-Ida son of Izdān-dukh and to . . . wrote names . . . from pains and illnesses and evil sicknesses and from jealousy and from mighty spells and from evil speech (?) . . . and from all the words which the frightening enemies are hiding and from . . . sorcerers and mighty ones and from curses and from spells and from submission (?) and from . . . and from . . . which the enemies curse and from all evil things. Amen, Amen, Selah. And the Lord said to Satan, The Lord rebuke you, O Satan: even the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you: is this not a brand plucked out of the fire? (Zechariah 3:2). Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord (Deuteronomy 6:4). He who dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1). Amen, Amen, Selah.

Again, may there be healing from heaven to the threshold of Khusrau son of Izdān-dukh, so that he may be healed by the mercy of heaven, and any name that is in him [. . . should be removed from] the threshold of Khusrau son of Izdān-dukh . . . Amen, Amen, Amen, Selah.
