God of the spirits of all flesh
God of the spirits of all flesh,
You placed in the sea, in the hand of the officer,
twelve divisions.
You have trodden with Your horses,
subdued Your enemies,
and made known Your miracles.
The wicked, like reeds and rushes,
withered and were cut to pieces.
They drowned in the Red Sea.
Refrain:
Hayyot united, unify the Unique
Above, sheltered by His memory, Unique
One, whose name is One.
Sitting in the serene heavens,
He cast down all Pharaoh’s horses.
Your arm is endowed with might.
King, living and enduring God,
[who] stretched His hand over the sea,
threw horse and rider into the sea.
The counsel of the wicked will be broken
now, to recount Your wondrous deeds.
They sank like lead.
Refrain.
